Made In KOREA. Gochujiang is a red chili paste that contains glutinous rice, fermented soy bean, salt and sweeteners. It is a thick, sticky condiment that’s spicy, very concentrated and pungent in flavor. It is very versatile which can be used in marinades for meat dishes like korean bulgogi, stirred into dipping sauces or used to punch up stews and soups.
